It is in rough condition. Tape repairs, tears, stains, dog ears. The bottom 1/3 of the pages along the spine are separated but the top 2/3 of the pages along the spine are in tact. There are 86 numbered pages and I don't know if any pages are missing on the back but it is at least missing the back cover.
