Inspection of the dining rooms was always ongoing employing their own dining car rules & regs. Beautiful floral border and unusual blue green turquoise flowers. The large center crest for "Armstrongs's Dining Rooms is in the center surrounded by a reef of the border design giving it a nice warm "New England" look.
