1907 Rules And Regulations For The Government Of Employees Of The Chicago & North-Western Railway of the operating department. It is in overall good used vintage condition for its age. The cover does have some age and storage wear. Spine is still strong. Inside is marked rule book no 544 and signed by the employee the date signed is July 14, 1906 but the book shows it was reprinted in 1907. Please see photos!
