This is an original vintage 1912-1956 American scale company 2 X 8 screw jack with a 20 ton capacity and it is working as it should. It was froze up yesterday when I got it from a shed here in WV and I soaked it overnight and now it is working fine. It's cast iron and needs to be cleaned up and painted or used as it is. I have a small one similar also listed and it also works as it should. This one measures 18 3/4" open and 11 5/8" closed with a 2" diameter bolt and the base is 6 1/16" across the bottom and 8 1/16" tall the bolt removed is 11 5/8" to the top and the bolt is 8" the turn collar is 3 1/4" wide X 2 1/2" thick and the top plate is 3 3/4" across and 1 1/4" thick.
