1930 Western Pacific Railroad Platter Backstamped - OPCO Syracuse China Meridale

It is backstamped "Made for Western Pacific RR". This is my last one! There is also a strip in the center of the platter where the glaze appears to have worn off. I tried my best to get a pic of it.
