The Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad (P&LE) was a short-line serving Pittsburgh, Youngstown and adjacent portions of Pennsylvania and Ohio. For auction is a rule book from the P&LE entitled "Agreement between the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad Company and the Lake Erie & Eastern Railroad Company and the Yardmasters and Stationmasters represented by the Railroad Yardmasters of North America, Inc." It is dated April 1, 1944. This book contains two sections, one with the agreement with the Yardmasters and one with the agreement with the Stationmasters.
