An original 1949 accident report form from the Great Western Railway, completed for an incident that occurred near Oldbury and Langley Green Station on 12th April 1949. The report concerns a relief shunter, aged 24, who suffered a cut to his right hand while working wagons in the yard and was treated at West Bromwich District Hospital.
