The Baltimore & Eastern Railroad Company (B&A) was a short-line that combined ferry and rail service to connect Baltimore and Ocean City, Maryland. Most trackage has since been abandoned. For auction is a rule book dated August 1, 1950 entitled "Agreement between the Pennsylvania Railroad Company and Baltimore & Eastern Railroad Company and Employees of the Said Companies of the Crafts or Classes of Locomotive Firemen (Helpers) in Road and Yard Service, Hostlers and Hostler Helpers represented by Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen and Enginemen".
