For auction is a "Five-Day Work Week Agreement' Rule Book from the former Baltimore & Ohio Railroad (B&O). One of the oldest railroads in the US and the first common carrier, the B&O served the area from New York to Philadelphia to Baltimore to Washington and thence westward through Maryland into West Virginia and Pennsylvania; it extended as far west as Chicago and St. Louis and as far north as Detroit, Buffalo and Rochester. between the B&O and the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen (BRT) to effect changes in the work week, as negotiated between the B&O and the BRT.
