For auction is a rule book from British Railways (BR) entitled "Rules for All Employees". It is dated October 1, 1961, It covers such topics as control and working of stations; fixed and hand signals; detention of trains; working of points and signals; level crossings; shunts; station yard working; much more. This book, which has a hard cover, measures appx 5 1/2 x 4 1/2 inches and contains 280 pages. It has illustrations of signals, switching, and signs. It is in very good condition. The binding is secure with all pages firmly in place. There are no rips or tears. Several content pages have scribble marks on the content, which probably indicates those sections were no longer applicable.
