This doesn't happen very often, but it does happen. I am human and just as capable of making mistakes as anyone else. Opening sealed products destroys most of the item’s value. Example: a Windows 95 program not working on Windows Vista, or a 1990 bicycle grip not working on a 2010 bicycle.
