This Vintage Railroad Rule book is in good condition (see pictures). The binding is completely intact and strong. The pages are off-white and there are zero tears, or loose pages. No writing on any page. The cover has very minimal creasing from page turning on the bottom right. This is a book that has remained in climate controlled storage since the 1970s. The spine is in great condition with the staples all in place and strong. The staples themselves have minimal corrosion. The back cover has some spotting (see pictures). Ships well protected in a box.
