The Norfolk & Western Railway Company (N&W) was a major regional railroad serving the Mid-Atlantic and Mid-western areas of the US. The N&W merged with the Southern Railway System in 1982 to form a mega-railroad, the Norfolk Southern. For auction is a Rules Book entitled "Norfolk & Western Railway Safety Rules". It is dated 1974.
