The pages are white with zero writing. The cover has some color fading, a small hole on the upper left of the cover, and bumped edges. The staple binding is in great shape and the staples look good. There are no tears or writing on any of the pages. There is a spot in the title page at bottom. Has a sticker remnant on the back cover. This UTU Constitution will ship well protected in a box.
