The Denver & Rio Grande Western Railroad (D&RGW) was a western railroad that served Colorado, Utah, and New Mexico. Its primary route was between Denver and Salt Lake City. The D&RGW purchased the Southern Pacific Railroad (SP) in 1988, and the new railroad assumed the name of the SP. The SP was later acquired by the Union Pacific Railroad (UP), and most surviving DRGW lines are now a part of the UP. For auction is a diner menu from the D&RGW dated April 1977. It featured a la carte items and plate dinners, featuring trout, London broil, and rib steak. The menu measures appx 11 x 8 1/2 inches closed, opens to app 17x11 inches, and is printed on cardstock. It is in excellent condition, with no rips, tears, writing, markings or spills.
