The Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railroad (ATSF), later known simply as the Santa Fe, was one of the railroads of US transpiration lore. Founded in 1859, it stretched from Chicago to Los Angeles, serving the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. For auction is a pocket calendar from the ATSF for the year 1979. One side has a scene depicting a Native American mother and child, and the other side has 12 monthly calendars.
