Booklet measures about 11 x 8.5 x .3 inches. Booklet is in acceptable condition. It is used with multiple written notations and highlighting where test questions have been answered. The cover has damage which includes wear, staining/spotting. Pages have a few edge spots and last two pages have holes along edge. Please see photos.
