For sale are five special last day of operation railway tickets for a now closed miniature railway. The East and West Sompting Railway, near Worthing, West Sussex was a private 5 inch gauge line which was opened in February 2014, the last train operating on 5th October 2016. The demolition train ran the same day and all infrastructure was removed. The tickets have LAST DAY OF OPERATION COLLECTIBLE SOUVENIR TICKET 5TH OCTOBER 2016 printed on the back and will have consecutive numbers, although will not include the ticket shown in the photo as this is purely an example as we have a few for sale.
