There is a light inside the base that makes the 4 different lenses glow and has a separate pull-chain. The conversion to a table lamp appears to have been done in the 1970s or 1980s. The cord is not to code and need to be inspected or replaced before use. Sold as a collector's item. The paint surface is likely restored, but it looks like a good job. There is some wear to the paint, such as scuffs and scratches. The lamp needs a deep cleaning. No shade included. Overall normal signs of age and use. Measures about 22" tall total. The Adlake lamp part is about 9x9".
