Three authentic pieces of British railway history. It includes the Ashford Works Centenary 1847-1947 commemorative booklet by Southern Railway, a detailed look at locomotive production. Also included are two 1950 British Railways Scottish Region publications: the comprehensive Passenger Services timetable (June–Sept 1950) and the accompanying Passenger Train Alterations supplement. Items show age-related wear (browning/creasing) but remain excellent survivors for collectors of Southern or Scottish railway ephemera.
