This is a collectible vintage employee timetable for the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Co. It is identified as System Timetable No. 1, which went into effect on October 29, 1989. The bright orange booklet covers Illinois, Texas, Kansas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California divisions. This appears to be new - no creases or marks on it. There is one flaw on the spine posted in the pictures.
