I have never run this loco on my layout, although it may have stood on it for a few months while I was considering my track design before I packed it all away again… Long story to say it’s not been run on a layout. I’ve added a Hornby chip, address is 5563 and names Australia 4-6-0, using an ESU programmer. You can see it runs smooth and particularly excellent crawling both forward and reverse. I wrote Ajax faintly on the box as you can just see. This was when I was considering renaming it, which I haven’t done. It comes with the axel and parts kit. Just as new!
