Very strange condition. The outer box is tatty, worn and written on as shown. It is also missing the transparent window from the front. The contents are mostly still taped into the box and have never been removed as shown. There is a bit of dirt to the contents, mainly to the controller. The only exception are the loco and tender. It seems like the tape failed here and the tender has a little damage as shown. Given the power supply and controller etc are all taped into the box I have NOT tested any of it and therefore can't say anything about functionality. It will likely simply be wrapped in card for shipping. Just let me know when ordering if you require additional or alternative packaging.
