The worm gears for the 57XX and J72 spilt chassis are different. The gear on the J72 is larger with finer teeth. The part numbers are different but this simply reflects the actual model number. Thus motor and gear for the J72 is 050-106 whereas the motor and gear for the 57XX is 900-106.
