Appears to be a leaf removed from a book of drawings, measuring approx 49 by 24cm. There is some damage as shown primarily but not exclusively to corners/edges,but also a fold to one edge, but it is overall in fair condition, having been kept in a plastic protective wrapper. It has been kept rolled up, and so I will post out rolled. I have a number of similar items that I will be listing over the next few days so please see my other items.
