With the end of steam traction at Brighton the site of the Motive Power Depot was taken by BR Engineering Functions to create a new Combined Engineering Depot. This file covers the period from 1966- 1968 whilst the work of demolition, movement of residual MP staff staff etc was in progress.. It contains Project Meeting Minutes and internal correspondence primarily from a Motive Power point of view.. Foolscap and other sizes of memos and odd notes and about 1 1/2" thick at staple.
