Pre-wired LED for model railway for locomotive headlights. wire up the red(+) and black(-) wires to a DCC decoder or power within a DC for locomotive. for 2 x complete wired for SMD LED lights. To connect to a DCC decoder, the red wire should be connected to the blue decoder wire, and the black wire should be connected to the white or yellow decoder wire.
