This is a c1890s-1910 vintage S.E.&C.R.(South East&Chatham Railway whistle.I am unsure whether this is made from wood or horn and it is in a very good condition measuring 6.6cm long x 2.4cm in diameter.(p.s.the what looks like damaged edge of the top hole isn’t as this is part of the grain).
