Item is brand new and comes complete with its instruction manual and sealed parts bag. This is a DCC ready version and will need a DCC decoder installed for it to work on DCC. Also not that Cavalaex do not factory fit speakers to DCC ready version so you will need to fit the correct speaker before you can upgrade it to DCC sound.
