I am not sure what toys are complete and what are not I have literally just included everything that was in the train box. I believe there are a number of different sets here, I really don't know how big each set is or if there is another of each set to use them.
This product would be a great fit for train enthusiasts looking to add to their collection of Thomas the Tank Engine and related tracks and accessories.
