The Dapol "Saxa" Roofed Salt Van 248 is a pre-built model replica of a British Rail wagon in 1:76 scale. Made of plastic, this yellow-coloured wagon is part of Era 3 - The Big Four (1923-1947) and is ready to go on the two-rail system. The analogue control system adds authenticity to the transportation theme, making it a collectable piece for model railway enthusiasts. A great addition to any OO gauge railway layout, this Dapol wagon captures the essence of British railways in the mid-20th century. This is from my late father's collection and was stored in the attic in a Bachmanns Collectors multi train box. There is 1 coupling hook missing see last photo.
