Early PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD Metal Can First Aid Kit with contents, pin, report card and instruction brochure as shown in our photos. The tin can measures 4 3/4" high X 2 3/4" wide and 2 1/4" deep with lettering on all sides except the bottom which is clean. These are fairly scarce to find anymore and should make a terrific display item for anyone's collection of railroad memorabilia.
