As good as new in the original packaging - function has currently been tested successfully - connection diagram and instructions are included as a printout - as is typical for the product, these blocks always smell a bit like "electronics" - this is mandatory and has no influence on functionality - scope of delivery, configuration status and all other condition details as shown!.
