It is a piece of railwayana from the era of the Great Western Railway (GWR) in the United Kingdom. The pages and spine are in very good condition. The inside covers are unmarked. A reasonable examination of the book has found that the only other marks are present on page 17 where two small marks can be seen at top right.
The "GWR Rules and Regulations For The Guidance Of The Officers and Men Jan 1904 HB" is a valuable resource for railway companies, military personnel, and students of military history.
