This SGM was to raise captial to work with London Electric Transport Finance Corp, London Passenger Transport Board to extend Ealing and Shepherd's Bush Railway from Acton to Ruislip also to construct new Railways from Dawlish to Newton Abbot and from St Germans to Looe, Cornwall and to execute works at Exeter, Paignton etc.
