This appears to be a page out of the station ledger, there are 20 forms for goods all stuck on a page from the station ledger, all from Audlem Station near Nantwich, Cheshire detailing the various consignees details and detailing the goods being dispatched to them from the station at this time, all date mainly from 1869 and make very interesting reading. The ledger page is very tatty but the forms themselves whilst creased and well worn are perfectly readable. A nice bit of nostalgia if you are interested in the early Great Western Railway or this area of Cheshire
