This came from a private collector in his 90s who worked at the station and said it was made up for a specific job by the Engine engineers. It has a very heavy handle which wraps around the base and space so that the oil cannot fall over as it is hot and heavy see pictures for design and condition measures 20.5 cm long no holes really well-made
