You can see this type of bogie on various service sheets, such as 275, 344, 350, 358 and 394 where it is either numbered X5086, X5280 or X5285. Part Number:X9377. Although it is coloured for these specific locos above it could of course be re-painted so that it is suitable for many, many other A4 locos, including all those specified on the above service sheets.
