Hornby Dublo EDL 17 BR Black 0-6-2 Locomotive 2 Rail OO Gauge. The condition is good with some paint wear/marks. The locomotive has all buffers & 1 missing coupling. I don't have access to a model railway layout so I have used a controller and placed the live wires on the wheels and the wheels don't move. so, I am not sure what the issue is, sold this way not running.
