The train and coaches are in good condition. I have tested and is working, the track would benefit from a good clean for a smoother running. Includes track mat. I think there is some extra track included. Not an expert on trains but I think there is supposed to more than one connector in the set but there is only one which is all you need. The outer box has some wear
