Marked as used but believe it has been stored since purchase. This un boxed and is in good condition with no major marks, just a few scuffs, it has been tested, not sure if this is a dummy loco, as would not work but the lights came on. But looking on the underside it does have the cogs at one end so possibly could get it working? Will be packaged safely for posting. Please see my other listings. Thanks for looking.
