Tested and running ok on dc, it is intermittent due to very dirty wheels. This has NO decoder or dummy plug, so will need one to use. IT WILL NOT RUN as-is WITHOUT ONE!!! Sold as seen, thanks! No box, may be missing detail bits. Missing screw for tender shell, so is loose.
