Nice example of the Hornby China 'Pug' saddle tank loco in early BR black with Lion on Wheel emblem. Numbered 51222. This tooling for the Pug goes back to an earlier Dapol model, but by the late 1990s/early 2000s Hornby had improved the running gear to make a nice little loco.
