Hornby R2413 Class 31 diesel locomotive in weathered BR blue. This item was purchased used working condition many years ago and has sat in a cupboard ever since. Unfortunately, during its time in storage, it looks like it has succumbed to the mazak rot that afflicted this particular model. The model is in very good condition generally, but is showing a crack in the bodyside, at both cabs on one side. See photos. I have not removed the body, however this is a symptom of a rotten chassis. Three of the sanding pipes are bent out of position. I have listed this as spares/non running, but it would probably run fine if I had the means, so it is sold as is, untested. No DCC chip fitted.
