Why new other? Well its been out of the box, had an ESU loksound decoder fitted and run around my layout. Other than that it's been in its box until now. The detailing is amazing and of course delicate which is why I haven't run it as I have been scared of doing damage. Also in the box are the instructions, original DCC blanking plate and the Loksound instructions.
