The product you see here in the listing is a Hornby R3190 Thompson Class L1 2-6-4 67777 in BR Black DCC Ready with an 8 Pin Decoder, Boxed and Tested and is a Great Runner. The detailing pack is open but all the parts are still in there except for the front coupling which has been added to the front of the Locomotive.
