THE CARRIAGE LABEL HAS THE REFERENCE:- 1H30(SX) 23-MAY-10-11-DEC-10 17.19. THE LABEL HAS BEEN FOLDED AS THOUGH TO FIT INTO A COAT POCKET. (QUARTERS). THE LABEL IS USED. The labels will be curled up as in the last photo, (I will not fold the label anymore than it already is) and sent in a small box.
