Main line steam from the West Country to the Highlands. The tour is followed from the spectacular climb of the Lickey, over Shap and Beattock, on the Stranraer line, through Aberdeen to Inverness, to the West Coast at Kyle of Lochalsh and back over the Highland and East Coast Main Line.
