Nice boxed example of the Kato Japan-made JNR Class EF 66 12 wheeled, 6 axle electric locomotive in JNR blue livery. Depicts EF 66 31 which was a fairly early example of the original EF66-0 type, constructed in 1973 jointly by Kawasaki Heavy Industries and Fuji Electric.
