The 700T, which continues to be used on the Taiwan Shinkansen that connects the north and south of Taiwan (Taipei to Kaohsiung), is a vehicle made based on the 700 series Shinkansen that is used on Japan's Tokaido Sanyo Shinkansen, and is the first Shinkansen to go overseas.
